Holy Hotness! I really enjoyed Unbreak Me by Lexi Ryan. So where should I start this review. I think I'll start with the POV. I'm usually not one for the three person POV. In this story it switches between Three main characters- Maggie, Asher, and Will. I have read some books that has this type of POV and I usually come out confused or it make me feel like the story didnt flow well. That however was not the case with Unbreak Me. I really enjoyed reading the different sides to the story and in the case of the three character POV it flowed perfectly and I was not lost what so ever in the story. That being said we can now move on to the good stuff *Cough* Asher*Cough* ..hehe well I guess I should talk more about the story so you may understand how amazing Unbreak Me is.
Unbreak Me is a story about a twenty-one year old girl, Maggie, who has been through a lot. In words you could say she is like broken glass. Shattered into a million piece. Then enters in Will her Ex-fiance who is now get married to her older sister and she has to be part of the wedding ( yeah talk about messed up right) with some crazy events that happen at the wedding, the wedding is put on hold. At the almost wedding reception, Maggie walks down to the river that is near her mothers house where the reception is being held. This is where she meets Asher *swoon*. ( yes I'm bias! you will understand why once you read this book for yourself!..hehe) Asher is a
Throughout Unbreak Me we discover that Will still has feelings for Maggie and she possible feels the same but yet something keeps pulling her more towards Asher. The reason for that is Will just want to fix her like some project that needs to be worked on. But with Asher he tells her to find the beauty with the broken piece. He tries to get to know the real her vs making a version of what he thinks she should be.
Maggie and Asher are perfect for each other. They compliment each other well and I love the dialogue between them. I was never bored reading Unbreak Me. In fact I couldn't put it down. It was Simply Addicting. And man some of the scene were sizzling hot. Like that pool scene ( oh yeah I know how mean of me to taunt but you will have to read it to see just how steamy it was.) I truly think it would be wonderful to carry their story on for a few more books :) but I guess I just want more Asher time :)
In conclusion, Unbreak Me by Lexi Ryan is Sizzling hot, with fun bantering, and a hot Rock Star. What more could you ask for in a book. It is a wonderful read. I highly recommend it to any adult who loves Contemporary Romance.
