About the Author

Nigel Blackwell was born in rural Oxfordshire in England. He has a love of books, a PhD in Physical Chemistry, and a black belt in pointing out the obvious. As a teenager he toured Europe and loved seeing the wonders of the world and the people in it. Since then he has been fortunate enough to travel across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Japan, and hasn't been anywhere that doesn't have the potential for a story.

He now lives in Texas with his wife and daughter, where they enjoy the sunshine and listen to the coyotes howl at night.

So...Paris Love Match...I loved it! It was exciting,thrilling, very funny, with a few romantic scenes thrown in the mix. In this tour we are asked not to give any spoilers which is going to be a tough one for me because I love to spill all I can when I love a book. I will try my best to not spoil anything in this book for you as I go through my review. :)

Paris Love Match takes us through a story about a guy 'Piers' ( yes like the one's on the beach. I actually think this is a really cute name! ) who was visiting Paris for work. He meet a girl 'Sidney' who is just trying to make a living in the fashion world. She was having a hard day and didn't expect to have to fight for a cab home. She enters a cab Piers is already in..you feel two is a crowd when one is clearly having a bad day well think again. In the same cab as Sidney is telling Piers to get out, a third person jumps in. That's when things change and get a little crazy for Piers and Sidney. A snow ball affect of bad things pile up.

Through out the story we meet characters who are bad and down right mean, Then we meet others who are on the bad team but are so funny you can't help but like them just a little :P I really enjoyed this story. It was like a funny version of a James Bond movie, which I found very refreshing. I loved the character and the humor. I'm not one for a lot of James Bond type action in book but Nigel did a wonderful job explaining everything and not having it to excessive. I want to say Thank you to Nigel for such an enjoyable read! I couldn't put the book down and I hope to see more to Piers and Sidney's story!

All in all Paris Love Match was amazing! I would recommend it to any fan of New Adult books!
